		<description>This is something that I&#039;ve been working with lately.  I tend to be a control freak, but that leads to a lot of disappointment and frustration when things don&#039;t work out.  I&#039;ve been using some techniques that let me go with the flow and see where the metal takes me, and that&#039;s been helping me to loosen up and get some new ideas.</description>
